Amazon Music Campaigns
Collaborating closely with the Senior ADs, PMs, and the Amazon Music marketing team, I oversaw teams in Long Beach, Chicago, CDMX and India in the production process of digital marketing for global campaign deliverables.
As Lead PA, my responsibility was to create the master and motion templates for each channel in order to streamline the process of localization. Careful attention to the nuances of each campaign's key art allowed for flexibility and maintained consistency as the assets adapt to over 150 different formats. Each of the 15 channels have their own set of unique guidelines to abide by in addition to the brand guidelines set by Amazon Music. I guided the team of junior production artists as they localized for 20 different regions and generated more than 2,000 assets per campaign. This ensured a cohesive design across all regions and timely delivery of assets.
